An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the customer service team at a fantastic company. As a member of this growing team, you will be on the front line of delivering a high quality customer experience to customers and assisting the company to improve and develop the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their services.


As part of this team, you will provide consistent, high quality and proactive support to customers. You will be delivering training and administrative support to ensure that their journey and experience of joining the company or expanding their product range, is seamless and enjoyable.


Main Duties


"              Being responsible for the experience of a new member joining the company and going live on the website. This will specifically involve providing next steps, best practice, and training.

"              Responsibility for administering new product orders, making them live on the website and training customers on how to most effectively use them.

"              Remain in constant communication with a team of account managers and work closely to deliver sales support.

"              Liaising with internal technical teams to ensure that the process of a new member 'going live' is a smooth one.

"              Assist customers with product design requirements, providing potential design options where appropriate, while continually liaising with the internal design team to ensure consistency.

"              Any other administrative/support tasks as required


Skills Required


"              A clear and strong communicator in both written and verbal formats, who is confident in speaking to the many different people on the many levels of business.

"              Empathetic and caring to customer needs and expectations, but keeps a sense of the goals and direction of the business.

"              An accurate and methodical individual with an excellent eye for the detail.

"              The ability to challenge and question ideas, openly and honestly whilst providing alternative solutions.

"              A strong team player who forms positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.

"              A passionate, energetic and self-motivated individual who strongly believes that 'Good enough is not good enough'.

"              Good time management and the ability to prioritise and manage your day self-sufficiently.
