We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a lovely company based in Leighton Buzzard, that has high staff retention and can offer a lovely working environment. The company can offer security, training, career development and also a social committee with regular nights out.

The role may suit a recent college or university leaver or someone who has been out of the work force for a couple of years.  


To progress client survey / valuation instructions through to completion within the client specified turnaround times. Cases are to be monitored throughout the process to ensure service delivery is achieved with continuous communication with the client, the surveyor / panel firm and booking teams.


-       Case checking for conflicts of interest, contact / access details are present and where required liaise with the client for additional information

-       Case allocation in accordance with client / department requirements

-       Monitoring of the case to ensure appointments are booked within required service levels

-       Chasing for the return of the valuation / survey report following appointment

-       Escalating overdue cases and liaising with all related parties to ensure SLAs are met and adhered to and assisting with case queries

-       Log into call queues to assist all department clients and teams

-       Ensure department and company objectives are met and exceeded

-       Ensure professional end to end service delivery is provided

-       Understand and meet all company and department policies including TCF and have a keen awareness of Data Protection and Information Security



Good standard of education to include GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above


Previous office experience preferred and use of key software packages

Proven record of customer service

Previous telephone handling skills essential


Ability to work to challenging targets and deliver them under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Organised and good time management to ensure all tasks are achieved

The ability to work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
